GENERAL RULES

Competition Regulation

  1. Innovators2022 is open to all academicians.

  2. Fee for each entry is RM150 and participants are allowed to submit more than one entry. However, there will be a fee charged for each entry.

  3. Participation may be as individual or in a group (maximum 5 members per group including the leader). An additional member will be charged RM 50 per head.

  4. Product or innovation must relate to the teaching and learning process or material.

  5. Product or innovation that have participated in any competition are not eligible to join this competition unless improvements have been made.

  6. Your participation will be judged once you have submitted Proof of Payment, Uploaded Your Video and Extended Abstract as these are COMPULSORY for the competition.

  7. The organizer reserves the right to reject any application for participation that have been sent if there is falsification of information or deems unsuitable for the competition.

JUDGING CRITERIA

Evaluation will be done by experienced juries that are selected by the organizer.

Judging Criteria:

  • Video Presentation

  1. Novelty (Originality)

  2. Commercial Potential: Advantages of your innovation towards community and education (improving the quality of teaching and learning).

  3. Students Reflection on the innovation: Obtained evidence through student feedback on its effectiveness.

  4. Award or Recognition (if any).

  5. Publication (if any).

Juries' decisions are final, and all appeal will not be entertained.​
